Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Domestic Delivery
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners selected for their reliability in handling wellness products.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Other locations: 3–7 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on your exact location and courier availability.
International Shipping
At this time, Himalirock ships within India only. We're actively exploring international shipping options — this section will be updated as soon as international delivery becomes available.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders
- Shipping charges for cash-on-delivery orders (if offered) will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Delivery Delays
While we work with dependable courier partners, delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:

- High-volume shipping periods (such as sale events)

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Himalirock is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, or your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days. We'll investigate with our courier partner and arrange a resolution, which may include a reshipment or refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.
