At Himalirock, every batch of our Premium Himalayan Shilajit Gold Resin is sourced, tested, and packaged with the same care we'd want for our own families. We stand behind the purity and quality of what we ship — and if something isn't right, we want to make it right. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The original safety seal is fully intact
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Requests outside this window, or for products that don't meet the above criteria, cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

Because Shilajit is a consumable wellness product, hygiene and safety regulations mean the following cannot be returned once received:

  • Opened or unsealed jars
  • Used or partially used products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Promotional or discounted bundles
  • Gift cards
  • Subscription shipments (where applicable)

This policy protects the integrity of every product we send to our customers, and ensures nothing that has left our facility is ever resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Mistakes are rare, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll resolve it quickly.

To report an issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the product itself
  • Notification within 48 hours of delivery

Once verified, our team will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. No return shipment is required for damaged or incorrect items — just the photo evidence above.

Refund Process

  • All approved returns are inspected upon arrival at our facility
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the error was on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund, depending on their processing timelines.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, or any time before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and standard return conditions apply instead.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where Himalirock sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect product — in which case we cover the cost.
